Thank you for describing what happend to me recently, too !
I am also certified NE , never failed any test ior exam of any kind
and just went thru this horrific experience.
I opened an issue on Cisco website, requesting the
questions and answers, they refuse to provide it.
I asked if there are any guidelines about number of simlets and testlets, there must be a set limit,otherwise the failure is inevitable. Looks like cisco has no accountibility whatsover
for what’s on the test, if they ask you how many ears elephant
has you have nowhere to complain..I felt too that some questions were obscure, and possibly with unclear answers.
In my case some test features did not function, just like you
described with the radio button..
I am now also ‘uncertified’..
